1. Before Rent out the building

  • Painting and Cleaning the property
  • Repairs and Maintenance if any (Like Painting, Plumbing, Electrician)
  • Complete verification and prepare assets and equipments list
  • Making sure that all the dues (Tax, EB, Water, Maintenance. Etc) are cleared before renting out
  • Photography and Videography for Advt/ Listing
  • Listing the property on multiple channel

2. During Rent Out Process

  • Identify the Tenant
  • Tenant Screening
  • Tenant Verification (ID Proof )
  • Tenant Profile Verification (Job/ Business)
  • Police Verification (If needed)
  • Lease agreement Preparation
  • Security Deposit
  • Coordinate with the Association for the movement of New Tenant

3. After Rent Out the Property

  • Making sure that every month Rent, maintenance and Utility Bills have been made on time
  • Periodical visit to the building to verify and report the status to the owner.
  • Take periodical report from the Association and report to the Owner
  • Speak to the Tenant and Association if any disputes arise.
  • Whenever any repairs or maintenance raised by the Tenant
    • Inform the owner
    • Take the lowest quote for the repair
    • Make sure that the service has done directly under our super vision
    • Update the status back the owner and Tenant.

4. At the time of Vacating the place

  • Help the owner to have smooth exit process.
  • Re-evaluation of the building and equipments and inventories
  • Report to the owner if there are any complaints on the equipment or building which needs to be addressed
  • Making sure that all dues- EB, maintenance, Water…etc, are been paid.
  • Alert the Owner if there is any due.
  • Coordinate for NOC from the association
  • Help to clear and bring back the place neat and clean
