  6. Weekly Status update with the Photos and Videos
  7. Check the status of the work with the date committed on a regular intervals
  8. Alert any discrepancy in the work or any delay in the work from the Developer/ Builder
  9. Making sure that the builder maintain the quality of construction by Surprise visit and surprise quality Check
  10. Handle all statutory, legal issues on behalf of the owner
  11. Handle any disputes – on construction- on behalf of owner.
  12. Take the possession of the building from the Builder after completion of the work
  13. Purchase and installation of Furniture, Fixtures, Electrical and electronics as per the demand
